Terms of Service
Refund Policy:
100% satisfaction guarantee, if product needs any kind of repair (example: structural issue), I will repair at no cost (excluding shipping, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs). If a replacement of any kind is needed we will negotiate cost based on circumstances. The exception to this is product measurements. Custom products are made to measurements given by customer therefore a refund will not be issued if product does not fit. Refunds will NOT be issued if product has any customization such as name, initials, brand, etc. All deposits are nonrefundable.
Custom Orders:
Custom order deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit is $100 which counts towards your total cost. This ensures that your order is on my list. The remaining balance must be paid when you approve of pattern drawn up, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. Failure to pay the balance will delay your item from being completed. Please make sure the design elements that you wish to have included are clearly communicated as early in the process as possible. I will NOT copy another maker's designs! A picture of the pattern will be sent before tooling, please note if there are any major design changes requested, it may result in additional charges to your order to cover the time spent to make the changes. If you do not respond to work approval or payment due notifications within one week, I reserve the right to cancel your order with no refund given. By purchasing a custom order deposit listing you are agreeing to the terms of service.
