CUSTOM ORDER DEPOSIT

THIS IS A CUSTOM ORDER DEPOSIT AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE

This is a deposit for a custom order.  Please refer to Pricing List to estimate total cost of project. If there is something you are wanting to custom order that is not on the list, we are more than happy to discuss your ideas and bring them to life. 

Turnaround time is 4-6 weeks but can fluctuate based on the order. If you are needing an order by a certain time, PLEASE let us know as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate.

Once you have placed your deposit order, please email us at fouracesleather@gmail.com with all details and items you would like to order. Please include your order number and order confirmation when doing this. Please do this as soon as possible to speed the process along. Please be as detailed as you can so we can give you a proper final quote. make sure the design elements that you wish to have included are clearly communicated as early in the process as possible. Pictures are great but I will NOT copy another maker's designs! A picture of the pattern will be sent before tooling, please note if there are any major design changes requested, it may result in additional charges to your order to cover the time spent to make the changes. Once details are finalized, we will collect payment as discussed. The $100 deposit will come off of the final total.  If you do not respond to work approval or payment due notifications within one week, I reserve the right to cancel your order with no refund given. By purchasing a custom order deposit listing you are agreeing to the terms of service.
